🔄 Return Policy
You can request a return if:

- You received the wrong item
Return requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.

- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags

- The tag or packaging is missing
- The damage was caused by the customer
- The return request is made after 7 days
💰 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds may be issued via mobile banking or bank transfer.
🚚 Shipping Cost for Returns
- If the mistake is from The Zayaan, return shipping will be free.
- If the customer wants to return the item for personal reasons, return shipping cost will apply.
