- Returns must be initiated by email to our customer service team.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
